01 How Traceipt works
After checkout, customers tap their phone on the Traceipt Pad sitting beside your terminal.
The receipt opens on their phone right away, with every item, the GST and the total.
Save it as an image or PDF, or keep every receipt in one place with the Traceipt app.
02 For merchants
The receipt your customer actually keeps
Your logo and colours on every receipt you issue.
Reviews, socials and a return offer, long after paper's been binned.
Proof of purchase lives on their phone, so returns stay simple.
The day's totals are already waiting in your portal.
Merchant portal
Every receipt you issue lands in your portal, line by line, as it happens.
Preview of the Traceipt merchant portal, cycling through four views: an overview of revenue by day, top-selling items, peak hours and key stats; a live list of issued receipts; paper and CO₂ saved; and an AI assistant answering a question about last week’s best sellers. Sample data.
Receipts issued today, this week and this month — counted as they happen and searchable in seconds. No end-of-day tallying.
Traceipt captures every line on every receipt, not just the total — so you see exactly which items sell and when your real peaks hit.
Rolls not bought, paper not printed, CO₂ avoided — tracked automatically and ready to share with your customers.
Roll out Pad by Pad, outlet by outlet — every store lands in one portal, so you can compare locations side by side.

04 FAQ
No. The Traceipt Pad sits on the counter alongside the POS you already use — nothing is replaced, no POS vendor has to be involved, and staff ring up orders exactly as they do today. Before anything goes live, we confirm the Pad fits your exact setup.
No. The receipt opens in the phone's normal browser the moment the customer taps the Pad. There is nothing to download, no account to create and no email address to hand over, which is what makes it workable for a customer who is in a queue.
About 20 minutes. Plug the Traceipt Pad into power and your network or use its setup hotspot, tap a phone to activate it, and it is running. There is no POS work and nothing is removed from the counter.
Yes. Traceipt reduces paper rather than removing the choice — a customer who wants a printed copy can still have one. In practice most take the digital receipt once it is offered.
An NFC digital receipt is a receipt delivered to a customer's phone when they tap it on a pad at checkout. It arrives itemised and instantly, with every line, GST and the total, and needs no app, no account and no email address.
Yes. Digital receipts create no paper waste, while most paper receipts are thermal paper coated with BPA or BPS, which contaminates the recycling stream and is usually rejected by recyclers. A thermal slip also fades, so it often cannot be read by the time it is needed.
Traceipt costs S$29.99 per month per terminal, or S$329.89 per year per terminal on the annual plan, which works out to one month free. The Traceipt Pad is included, so there is no upfront cost, and there is no thermal paper to buy and no printing costs on top.
An e-receipt is issued digitally at the point of sale and arrives as structured, itemised data as the transaction completes. An emailed receipt usually requires the customer to spell out an address at the counter, often duplicates a slip that was printed anyway, and typically arrives as a PDF — a document rather than data.
Yes. Traceipt Pte. Ltd. is registered in Singapore under UEN 202633811N and was founded in 2026. Singapore is our only market: pricing is in Singapore dollars and receipts are GST-ready. Similarly named receipt and budgeting apps exist elsewhere and are not connected to us.
