01 How Traceipt works
After checkout, customers tap their phone on the Traceipt Pad sitting beside your terminal.
The receipt opens on their phone right away. No app, no sign-up, no email at the counter.
Save it as an image or PDF, or keep every receipt in one place with the Traceipt app.
02 For merchants
Cut thermal rolls from your supply list — and from what your counter throws away every night.
A tap takes a second. No printing, no tearing, no waiting — the line keeps moving.
No spelling out email addresses at the counter. Tap, and the receipt is already on their phone.
A cleaner, digital-first checkout your customers will soon expect everywhere.
Merchant dashboard
Every tap is data. Your Traceipt dashboard turns receipts into a live picture of your counter — included with the Pad, nothing extra to set up.
How many receipts you issued today, this week, this month — counted automatically, no till reconciliation.
See what's selling and when your counter is busiest, so you can staff and stock around your real peaks.
Track the thermal rolls and grams of CO₂ you've kept out of the bin — a number worth putting on your wall.
See how often shoppers come back and tap again — the loyalty signal a paper receipt simply throws away.
03 Pilot programme
We're onboarding selected merchants in Singapore to test the Pad in real checkout environments. Pilot merchants get early access, setup support, and a hand in shaping the product.

06 Mission
Thermal receipts are printed by the billions, can't be recycled, and are binned within seconds. Traceipt replaces the default with a tap.

TotalAvoidable
A single café in Singapore can print hundreds of thermal receipts a day — and most are on the floor or in the bin within minutes. We built the Traceipt Pad because the receipt was overdue for a rethink. One tap: no roll to reload, no paper to bin, nothing new for your staff to learn. Easier at the counter, and far less waste at the end of every shift.Founder, TraceiptSingapore

08 FAQ
The Pad sits alongside your existing setup, and most POS systems need no integration to get started. During the pilot we'll confirm fit for your exact stack before anything goes live.
No. Receipts open instantly in the phone's browser. The Traceipt app is optional — for customers who want every receipt stored in one place.
Setup takes about 20 minutes: place the Pad and connect it to your store's internet over Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and you're live. Pilot merchants get hands-on support for the whole process.
Yes. Traceipt reduces paper — it doesn't remove the choice. Customers who want a printed copy can still have one.
An NFC digital receipt is a receipt sent straight to a customer's phone when they tap it on a pad at checkout — itemised and instant, with no app to download and no paper printed.
Yes. Digital receipts create no paper waste, while most paper receipts use thermal paper that can't be recycled and is thrown away within minutes of printing.
Traceipt is free for merchants to pilot. After that, it's a one-time S$59.99 machine fee per Pad plus S$29.99 per month per terminal, with no thermal paper to buy and no printing costs on top.
